Orders are processed within 1-7 business days before shipping and will take about 12- 45 days to get to your doorstep depending on your location.

Approximately;

  • 12-25 days to the US, CANADA & EUROPE
  • 20- 45 days to the Rest of the World.


Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping information that you can use to know the whereabouts of your shipment.

While rare case, your order may take longer than the stated time frame most delays with international shipments occur in the local customs office and/or local post office of the destination country. Most of the variability in shipment duration is due to time spent in customs or when a package is awaiting pickup at a post office (and, in the case of surface shipments, awaiting a ship for overseas transport).

We are not responsible for any orders returned to us as refused, unclaimed or undelivered due to insufficient or incorrect address.


DELAYS


WHILST RARE CASE, WHEN PARCELS WENT MISSING IN THE POST. WE CANNOT ISSUE REPLACEMENT ORDERS UNTIL 20 WORKING DAYS AFTER DISPATCH FOR THE US & CANADA AND 35 DAYS EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD. THIS IS BECAUSE WE CANNOT CLAIM FROM LOCAL POST UNTIL THIS TIME.


IF AN ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE, WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND YOU TO CHECK YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD, LOCAL POST OFFICE AND CONFIRMING YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CONTACTING US. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 25 DAYS (USA) 45 DAYS (CANADA, EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD) OF ANY ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT ARRIVED. AFTER THIS TIME WE CANNOT REPLACE ANY ORDERS FREE OF CHARGE.


MOST DELAYS WITH INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS OCCUR IN THE LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE AND/OR LOCAL POST OFFICE OF THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. IF YOU FEEL YOUR PACKAGE IS LATE, FIRST CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND CUSTOMS OFFICE. SOME CARRIERS AND SHIP METHODS OFFER DOOR TO DOOR TRACKING & INSURANCE AND SOME DO NOT.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR IMPORT FEES THAT MAY APPLY TO YOUR SHIPMENT. 

IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED TO US FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS, STRICTLY WE CANNOT RE-SHIP AN ORDER, BUT WE WILL REFUND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD FOR THE PRODUCT RETURNED MINUS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES AND ANY ADDITIONAL FEES INCURRED TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO OUR WAREHOUSE (INCLUDING RETURN POSTAGE, HANDLING, STORAGE AND QUARANTINE FEES).
